About the Project
As one of the fastest and largest coasters in Disney’s global portfolio, TRON was designed to be a signature attraction for the grand opening of Shanghai Disneyland. The storyline is fed throughout the line queue experience, building anticipation until guests reach the climax of their pre-boarding journey: the lightcycle loading room. Here, guests get their first glimpse into “The Grid”, the fictional setting in which the attraction takes place.

The Task
Utilize an existing vector logo shape and preliminary motion studies to develop the final design and motion for the TRON logo as well as supporting brand graphics to be projected within the vehicle loading room of the attraction.
